The process

Four steps. No mystery.

01

Inspect

Northwest Knife Sharpening checks the steel, geometry, wear, chips, and the way the tool is actually used.

02

Sharpen

The edge is worked at an angle suited to the blade—not forced into a one-size-fits-all grind.

03

Refine

Burrs are removed and the edge is honed for clean cutting, control, and practical durability.

04

Check

Every item gets a final hands-on quality check before it is ready to return to work.
